| Abstract |
Research on the wetting and spreading of liquid alloys on ceramic substrates has significant importance for the brazing and mixing of metal and ceramic materials. In this study, we investigated the variation of contact angles of hypereutectic Al-20, 40Si alloys (atomic %) on an AlN substrate using the sessile drop method with a high-temperature contact angle analyzer. |
