Abstract
The powder microstructure and sintering behavior of W prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis and spark plasma sintering were investigated. Fine-grained W powders were synthesized by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis using an ammonium metatungstate hydrate solution and hydrogen reduction. The XRD analysis of the powder, pyrolyzed below 600 oC, showed tungsten oxide..... More

DOI: https://doi.org/10.3365/KJMM.2019.57.6.390

Abstract
We demonstrate a synthetic route to high-quality Sn microcrystals using thermal chemical vapor deposition (CVD) in a hydrogen-reducing atmosphere. During thermal CVD with SnO2 powder, a mixture of Ar and H2 (4%) gases was used as a carrier gas to maintain a hydrogen reduction environment. Hydrogen maintained a reduction environment..... More
