Abstract
In this study, a mechanical exfoliation method was developed for the synthesis of high purity Bi 2Te 3, Sb 2Te 3, and Bi 0.5Sb 1.5Te 3 flakes. The synthesized Bi 2Te 3, Sb 2Te 3, and Bi 0.5Sb 1.5Te 3 flakes were characterized by atomic force microscope, Raman spectroscopy, and photoluminescence (PL).
